Volunteers

There are lots of different ways to get involved and help out. Whether you are looking to meet new people, have fun, build up your experience to help find a job or looking to make a difference, we would love to chat to you about our volunteering opportunities. Event Team staff

We have an annual programme of events from the Children’s Cancer Run to sponsored walks, zip slides and abseils. We are looking for friendly, reliable people to become part of our Event Team. You can choose which events to support and how often you volunteer.

Fundraising Group member

We are looking to establish fundraising groups in the region who will work as a team to set up community events or activities to raise funds. We will offer support, guidance and resources to each group. Are you a good team player? If yes, this may be the role for you.

Collection tins

Collection tins placed in cafes, bars, shops and so on are still a great way of raising funds. If you feel you could help to place some tins in your local area please get in touch.
